Total Productive Maintenance refers to an equipment management method that dynamically manage the whole staff and process. It is an equipment management method that suitable for the condition based maintenance and optimized maintenance. Using the method, the workers can eliminate the equipment operating defects timely and provide effective instruction for the formulation of reasonable maintenance scheduling; it also can guarantee the safety and steady operation of the production system, reduce the equipment failure rate and preclude the equipment accidents; it also can effectively prevent the “over-maintenance†and “under-maintenanceâ€, improve the reliability of the equipment and reduce the maintenance expenses. The core of the Total Productive Maintenance is regular checkup. Regular checkup is an effective method to realize the equipment condition maintenance. It can make sure of the position, content, type, period, standard that need regular checkup, according to the condition of the equipment. Then, according to the running conditions of the position, the repairmen have to determine whether the position is needed to be repaired. Through the PDCA close-loop management of the Total Productive Maintenance Management, the workers can make elaborate analysis of the equipment’s running state. And keep the safety and reliable operation of the equipment, meanwhile reduce the maintenance cost effectively.The thesis firstly analyzes the history and developing trend of the equipment maintenance system, and the current situation of Yankuang electrolytic aluminum plant’s equipment management, and then the author elaborates the theoretical basis of regular checkup. According to the established regular checkup model, the author designed the Total Productive Maintenance Management System that based on it. The system designing makes use of the Delphi7-object oriented development techniques and SQL Server 2005 the database development and other tools, in addition, the author also adopts the C/S two layer structure. Combined with the software engineering develop theory, the designing process makes requirement analysis, design and realization. The thesis elaborates the crucial technology needed by the design of total productive maintenance management system. Then according to the users’ requirement description, the thesis elaborately analyzes the requirements of the Total Productive Maintenance Management System, proposes the designing aims, the function requirement of overall system, performance requirement and system configuration. With the overall and detailed design, the thesis finally determines the design scheme, which mainly designs in seven aspects, such as the the management of basic information, plan, actual performance, exception, standard, report and system. Meanwhile, the thesis also elaborates the system’s software realization method, system architecture and the design of main module. Finally, the thesis introduces various test for the software system, so as to ensure the reliability and security of the management system.By virtue of the computer network informationization, the development of Total Productive Maintenance Management System achieves that the data resource sharing, the timely master of production system’ global state and effective office management, etc. Based on Total Productive Maintenance Management mode we can develop the Total Productive Maintenance Management System, use computer network-based management, increase the management efficiency and promote the equipment management level. |
