Today,with the rapid development of the domestic automotive industry, and the increasing competition of the automotive industry chain,how to improve the service and customers’ satisfaction has become a major focus, some kinds of statistics also show that,the service’s proportion of sales charge has great space to increase,therefore,only a better vehicle after-sales service system can lead to dominate the market,many domestic manufacturing enterprises also has regarded after-sales service as a emphasis.To improve the competitiveness of themselves’ service,these enterprises need to establish better after-sales service system.In such a situation,the majority of domestic small and medium scale enterprises have established informational system to support their after-sales service,however,by the learning of the existing alliances’current status, which exists in the chain’s collaboration platform,we can find out that most after-sales service business of domestic small and medium scale enterprises seem to be similar but not the same,broadly consistent with their service business, but in the actual needs of the business processes and everywhere embodies the characteristics of their management and corporate culture.Meanwhile, the architecture of the existing service system in software design point of view, making the reuse of the system has room for improvement, but also for business process customization to achieve given the feasibility and practical value.Therefore, this article aim at studying domestic vehicle after-sales service system,which set on the existing vehicle industry chain’s collaboration platform, then according to some factory business service system analysis, sorting out the needs of the business process customization service system, and the establishment of systems solutions, business process modeling and control technology service system by WWF, and in this improvements based on the use of XML documents describing business processes tailored information and dynamic configuration method WWF provides customized business processes to achieve sales service system at the application level, and system verification.Finally, summarizing the research contents of this article, and explaining the contents which this article does not relate to,and looking ahead the research working next.
