The Reaserch And Design About The Visual Modeling Of Business Process

In the highly competitive business environment, the characteristic of business process variability is gradually prominent, which makes the business process modeling becomes as an important branch of the Business Process Management Field. On the basis of precise description of the company’s actual business processes, Business process modeling should be adapted to our future development and process adjustments and changes, so as to continuously improve the company’s market competitiveness. Based on the characteristics of business process modeling and business process variability, the company demand and change the goal of visual modeling of business processes. Therefore, some cutting-edge exploration and research and made a specific business process visual modeling tool have been proposed.Visual modeling of business processes is a relatively new branch of study in business process modeling, with the increasingly prominent role in business process management, visual modeling methods are constantly emerging.On the basis of the existing visual modeling methods, this paper from the stages of business processes to study the visual modeling. From the structure of the whole system, business process is divided into three modules:Goal view model, Function view model and Process view model. Which maks business person implement the process modeling stage by stage, without requiring the system to a comprehensive grasp of the entire business process. As the purpose to do so, which makes business operating more specific, and the steps more clearly.The paper studied the variability of business processes from the perspective of the visual modeling of business processes, and proposed a new visual modeling method for variable business processes. This article describes the definition of template knowledge base, the visual modeling of business processes throughout the process, the definition of the process elements and building view visual modeling methods and rules. Theoretically, applying rules, building the arithmetic analysis and verify the consistency of the algorithm modeling approach; Finally, the paper based on a virtual tour platform to discuss in detail the use of visual modeling to analyze the tourism process, modeled the whole process, in order to reflect the usefulness of this modeling approach.Visualization of business process modeling method proposed in this paper to enrich the theory of business process modeling, and to further expand the scope of application of the Business Process Modeling in Web Service environment.
