With the advance of network technology, the extent of the social operation of the whole society is keeping on running deepl. The meaning of the network society has been expanded from the network to the entire virtual community social dimension. In this situation, various kinds of social platform have been widely used, microblog is one of them. On the microblogging platform there are microblogging opinion leaders coming from all walks of life, they acquire a certain amount of source of information, or have a strong ability to interact with a large number of followers on the microblogging platform. Their words and deeds of high-profile, powerful affect the atmosphere of public opinion microblogging platform, even affect the operation of the political, economic and cultural realities of society. Microblogging has a higher utilization rate in the student population, they use microblogging to get information about current affairs, carry out interpersonal relationships, expand interests, vent personal feelings. When using microblogging, college students are inevitably to be exposed to microblogging opinion leaders, and are easily to be infected by the atmosphere of public opinion on the microblogging platform. They would like to change their perception, emotion, will, beliefs and behaviors in the subtle, finally influent one’s psychological, thought and behavior development. Expanding the research about influence that microblogging opinion leaders bring to the development of college students’ ideological and moral is meaningful. Improving college ideological and political education would be helpful to follow the rules by which college students’ ideological and moral is shaped and developed under the background of network time. It is helpful to ensure college students’ comprehensive development. It is helpful to seize opportunities and meet challenges, promoting the innovation of ideological and political education. It is helpful to play the positive energy of microblogging opinion leaders and taking away the negative impact, enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education in new area. The influences which microblogging opinion leaders bring to college student have both positive side and negative side. We should objective analysis of the influence comprehensively and objectively, in order to reduce the negative influence of microblogging opinion leaders as well as carry forward positive effects.Microblogging opinion leaders have a broad impact on university students’ ideological and moral. It would influence both external environment and internal factors about university students’ ideological and moral. Currently a considerable number of college students frequently use microblogging, they depend on microblogging heavily. Their purpose of using microblogging is becoming diversity. Their interactive objects on microblogging are becoming virtually. The influence that microblogging opinion leaders bring to university students’ ideological and moral mainly express on psychology, thinking, behavior three aspects. When the two parts are interactive, there would be both positive and negative influence on college students’ psychology, thinking and behavior. We should understand the influence objectively, taking measures actively, in order to promote the formation of college students’ ideological and moral development healthily.Moral education is the basic task of higher education. When facing with the environment of public opinion on microblogging platform and microblogging opinion leaders, both of which is difficultly to be controlled, we need to improve the ideological and political education immediately. In this condition, we should fully used microbloge, taking advantage of the guidance of microblogging opinion leaders in college. Strengthen supervision of public opinion, grasping the situation that how students’ ideological and moral is developing. Base on the classroom teaching, adding network literacy to college students in new era. Insuring that our work of ideological and politicaleducation can close to the background of network society, meet the need of students, finally can we promote the formation of college students’ ideological and moral development healthily.
