Aiming at the quality reliability of electronic components problem, this paper puts forward a kind of implementation based on the FPGA which is used in electronic components Burn-in experiment and Electrical characteristics test experiment. To introduce the current electronic components reliability guarantee experimental process, Burn-in experiment and Electrical characteristics test experiment project problems and deficiencies, to solve these problems, combining the equipment used in the experiment, the demand analysis, proposed to Burn-in experiment and Electrical characteristics test experiment equipment integrated solutions. As the outstanding ability of FPGA in real-time control and data acquisition, on the basis of the FPGA chip cyclone4 EP4CE6F22C8 N, ALTERA corporation’s production, design integrates the function of Burn-in experiment and Electrical characteristics test experiment print circuit board, to verify the feasibility of the solution. The main research works of this paper are as follows:(1)After researching Electronic components Burn-in experiment process and Electrical characteristics test experiment. This paper achieve the information about the needed environment for the experiment, used equipment and operation steps.(2)This paper summarize the existing deficiency in present. In the view of the current existing problems, put forward a solution based on FPGA.(3)Researching design process and design method to establish a project based on FPGA.(4)FPGA chip as the core, through continuous experiment exploration, fabricate a integration Burn-in experiment and Electrical characteristics test experiment print circuit board. In a single print circuit board, it has realized the function of controllable voltage, voltage test, current test, test channel switching functions, command receiving and the data transmitting function.(5) Use Verilog Hardware Description Language to write design code and simulation tool software Modelsim to verify the code. Design and the hardware circuit board matching function module, provides the basis for extended to some other application fields.
