Digital Circuit Burn-in Test System Software Design

High temperature digital circuit bum-in test system is a kind of specialized test equipment being used for digital circuit bum-in screening , and during the course of dynamic bum-in , circuit function can be tested . At first , this paper introduces resumptively some basic knowledge : reliability screening test , high temperature burn-in principle and techniques. On the base of expatiating dynamic power burn-in principle and online function testing principle , hardware buildup , operating principle , structural feature and technical criteria of this system are also be introduced.Emphases of this paper is put on designing and developing system software . After analyzing user demand and software design requirement , master design of software is presented baesd on system function at first, and it is consist of two main functional modules which are power bun-in module and function testing module and three assistant functional module which are working voltage controlling module , digital circuit database managing module and result reduction module .Main functional modules are subdivided into some submodules ulteriorly . Then combining the feature of Delphi language , design and implementing of each functional module is discoursed in details , and corresponding program interface is presented.At last, the feture of system software is summarized , and some improved scheme is also put forward .
