CMV4000 is one kind of new industrial image sensor designed by CMOSIS Inc,which has superior performance and wide application. It has been applied to the scientific research and test in the spacecraft by the domestic institutes. It is obvious that the image sensor is very important to the spacecraft.Based on this point, the research work of the burn-in circuit for CMV4000 is carried out.Through researching the burn-in theory,burn-in test can play an important role in accelerating the exposure of potential component defects. The failure probability will go down into the random failure period by eliminating those components of early failure components. After comparing the dynamic and static methods, the dynamic burn-in scheme is chosen. Then, based on the various timing operations, output characteristics and internal structure of CMV4000,the design scheme of the dynamic burn-in test circuit for the CMV4000 is put forward. In the design, the FPGA is used as the timing control and data receiving unit for CMV4000,the Camera Link interface is used as the communicate with the image acquisition card, and the TMS320F28335 is used as the control unit of the burn-in circuit board. After that, the detailed design of every parts of the burn-in circuit is elaborated, which include the sensor circuit, power supply of FPGA,DSP and sensor, peripheral circuit for FPGA and DSP,Camera Link interface circuit.Furthermore, two kinds of printed circuit board, sensor detector PCB and burn-in PCB,are designed by using Altium Designer software. Finally, the programming of the hardware language code for FPGA is described.Through the SPI bus,FPGA can be used to configure the sensor internal registers,so that CMV4000 can work normally at power up.Through the DSP,the computer can regulate a variety of image parameters.High temperature burn-in test is complicated and the expected function has been realized at this multi-channel burn-in platform. And the platform can also be used in the later experiment for CMV4000.
