Performance management is the management of people and collective behavior and implementation results, it is the total content of human resource management, is the basis for the realization of corporate strategic objectives. Traditional performance appraisal way already can not adapt to the development of large enterprises demand.To establish a unified performance appraisal data display platform, from the actual business of set of assessment data storage, the evaluation process of examination and approval, the examination results of statistics, examination results query, reporting function is one of the special performance appraisal system. After the completion of the system development can be greatly reduced business personnel’s work intensity, improve the accuracy of statistical data, enhances the security of data storage, improve the processing efficiency of the evaluation plan, strengthen each of the offices of each unit in the business assessment level information integration and data sharing, and assessment of the relevant offices to comment on the data synchronization and consistency, the accurate and reliable data for the monthly meeting of production company’s performance appraisal comment.Staff Performance Evaluation System has been test run in Secondary units,such as A1 Factory & A2 Factory, according to the using effect, convenient and simple the performance management work, strong practicability, basically reached the goal of design and application. In the application process of the system in the future, we will according to business needs and the actual application, In the practical application of the performance appraisal management system in the process of continuous improvement and upgrading, make its can satisfy Jilin Petrochemical Company in the process of rapid development of the needs of the performance management.
