Design And Implementation Of Performance Assessment System For Anshan Sports Bureau

The system is to optimize the reorganization of managerial structure and work flow for the performance assessment in Anshan Sports Bureau utilizing the convenience of network. It realizes the online assessment and check the results and records, to make it convenient for the users who resides in different places. By analyzing the large amounts of data, the system can help users make a rational and effective assessment management ordinance.This paper is designed with the development technique of web pages to progress requirement analysis, preliminary-design, detail-design, coding and other parts with the theory of software development. Firstly, the paper introduced the background of the performance assessment and the knowledge of E-government, and then described the goal and significance of the system. Secondly, the paper introduced some technologies related to the system, and pointed the advantages and disadvantages of the technologies, and described the causes to use the technologies. At last, a detailed presentation was made to introduce the development process.
