The Analysis, Design And Realization On Performance Assessment System For Hospital Class A Grade3

It is important to raise constantly the management level for hospital class A Grade3in medical field while the performance of New Medical Reform Policy in recent years, especially the performance management is focalized by administrators in hospital. Lanzhou University Second Hospital (LZUSH for short) is one of the hospital class A grade3in Gansu province, we take his Performance Assessment Reform as example in this article to discuss the development situation of Performance Assessment System (PAS for short) which is based on the Balanced Scorecard and the Key Process Indication. Some of researches and achieved results in this article are below:First, the present situation analysis on Performance Assessment of LZUSH and the discussion on target of Performance Reform;Secondly, the discussion on Performance Assessment System Requirement, System Architecture, Overall Function and Database Design;Thirdly, the design of all kinds of module in system, the description of modules’s function and business process, the discourse on major core module code and to show the complete works.Finally, the summary of Performance Assessment Management System(PAMS for short) to LZUSH and plans for future work.The management make decision by the PAMS, constantly improve management level and clinical level, also it makes great helpful to the reform of hospital class A Grade3.
