Agricultural informatization in jiangsu got rapid development in recent years, but farmers Ability to use computers is very low, The ability of acquiring information is very weak, The screening ability of agricultural information resources on Internet is very poor. There are many problems in the construction of agricultural information resources. For example:The agricultural information resources is small and scattered, uneven distribution; The construction of agricultural information resources and has good repeatability, all kinds of resources have not been able to effectively integrate and mining.; Agricultural information form is single etc..To solve these problems, we developed the Jiangsu village information station system, by extending this system, realizes the Jiangsu province village information service "unified collection, unified management, unified service"., the main contributions of this paper include:(1) The analysis of rural information service at home and abroad, puts forward the development thought of Jiangsu rural information service;(2) Making design system framework, explore the system development technology, determine the the technical line of system development;(3) Choose the service station system development framework, to study the related software development technology etc;(4) The design of system function module, include:agricultural information resource service management module, rural distance education support module, farmers remote consultation support module, sub site building and management module, and make the relationship between user roles and functions of permissions etc.(5) Determine the system technical route, Build the system running environment, design the database structure and the main modules of the system implementation;(6) The deployment of Village information service terminal site;(7) Shows the status of information resources integration, analysis of useraccess to the system information resources, given about integration and optimization of system resources plan.The system uses the B/S structure, using Java as a programming language,using SSH2+FreeMaker as a development framework, using Mysql as the background database. System uses the SSH2 structure, the main site of village information service system and each sub site is relatively independent, each sub station can be detached from the main site, the site through the user authorization management of sub sub station; Remote video consultation system using SOA architecture, integration a video conferencing system for remote consultation module; In order to reduce the site of many concurrent access, cause the server load is too large, large capacity data such as video courseware by push cache to the terminal, the server load, but also to enhance the response speed of the terminal site.The government of Jiangsu province has been to promote village information station system included in the 12th five-year plan of jiangsu rural information service, this also is One of the goals of Jiangsu rural modernization.
