The Design And Realization Of Mobile Inernet Information Service Platform Of Jiangsu Rural Areas Based On WAP

In the past five years, there has a strong growth of services and instruments for the Internet in the rural area of our country, along with the gradually permeation of the information technologies and network technologies. This is very useful and helpful for the construction of rural informalization, and this historical Opportunity should be seized to comprehensively promote the process and to narrow the "digital gap". Under the promotion of the governments’ polices, the informational asymmetry between urban and rural areas would be gradually eliminated, and the adjustment of industrial structure would be made better, then the whole society would have gotten great progress. As a major agricultural province, the great Competitiveness of Jiangsu is the rapid development of e-government, and the effective management to information technologies and human resources. The key infectors of the agricultural competitiveness of Jiangsu is the substantial construction of information infrastructures, it is very useful for the development of rural economy and the construction of Well-off society in rural areas of Jiangsu Province.Recently, the mobile internet of 3 generation has mad great development in the urban areas and in the rural areas in China. Some studies had shown that the training of human resources, the broadcasting of new polices and new technologies could made better effect and influence by using mobile internet in the rural areas than by the traditional internet. Therefore, a synthetic informational service platform should be made to provide real-time information about agricultural technologies, livelihood, and government policies and strategies, based on the mobile internet. This kind of service platform would made great promotion of governmental affairs in the rural areas in Jiangsu Province.In this paper, the author designed a new platform to meet the realistic needs of the agricultural scientific and technologic information service system of Jiangsu Agricultural Commission. He selected the mobile service platform of Jiangsu Agricultural Information System as the study objects. Then based on the present mobile newspaper of Jiangsu Agricultural Informational Service System, he developed a new platform which is connected with WeiXin. This platform has several modules, such as agricultural technology, new variety presentation, price broadcasting of agricultural products, video diagnose, online courses. He also made many tests to improve the function of this platform, and the results showed:this system has perfect functional modules to meet the needs of the projects, and improved the sevice quality of present platform. After a certain time of promotion test, this WeiXin platform has a certain number of users, the original mobile newspaper platform has been completely replaced by the new platform, and has provided a new platform for rural information service.
