China as a developing country,rural information started late,to the development of agriculture and rural economy,to meet the needs of the production and operation of farmers and revenue growth,the Government has formulated a series of policies in terms of agricultural information. In some areas,information technology has been widely applied in the field of agriculture,not only changed the mode of agricultural production,agricultural produce significant changes in the management,administration and other aspects,to promote rural economic development and social progress.Jiangsu is a major agricultural province,benefiting from the rapid development of e-government,a telephone,radio,television,Internet and other information about the town as a carrier system has been basically formed. One hand,with the construction of new rural development and the deepening of the adjustment of agricultural structure,giving more prominence to the diversity and complexity of the information needs of rural residents,fanners are most eager to policy information,production information,market information,technology information,education and training. On the other hand,compared with the urban information technology,information technology in rural areas there are still weak infrastructure,information resources dispersed information shortage of talent,especially for rural farmers to provide timely and effective information service has not been satisfactorily resolved. To this end.the main task is to promote the development of rural information service for rural farmers integrated information service system.In this paper,the Jiangsu rural information service platform for the study,to develop a set of B/S structure of the web-based information service system for agricultural-depth study of the working principle and key technologies of the platform subsystem. Firstly the research background,research status and main content described,collecting and collating the rural information service data,analyze the current situation of the rural information service; followed according to the features of the new era information needs of farmers,the development of technology,the framework,based on the separation of the MVC technology architecture development,design and implementation of system functionality,business logic and business data,makes the application level of clarity,the internal structure is simple and clear,functional; followed by demand from the information needs of the market demand,the system user several aspects of the functional modules of the Jiangsu rural information service platform.and gives a detailed design method for these features; then analyzed the system storage requirements,and cost,scalability,performance and other aspects of the storage technology multi-comparison application IP SAN platform to build storage systems;. NET environment using MVC-based Web technologies to achieve the whole system,and the design and development of the village (community) one machine. Through the online test run,the results expected,provides a new method for information services in rural areas.
