It is the key that advances vigorously the animal husbandry information construction, and promotes the countryside pastoral area information service ability, which relates to promote economy development, maintains society development and stability, and has the positive significance to raise the income level of all the people.This article takes the economic theory as the instruction,revolves the current countryside pastoral area information development goal, and unifies Inner Mongolian animal husbandry information supplies present situation and the peasant household information need characteristics, which analyzes completely the animal husbandry information resource and the information dissemination channel. Under the new situation of "New village in socialism", Inner Mongolian initially explores countryside pastoral area information system of meeting the herdsman demand mechanism and measure, which provides significant information for developing and using the information resource.This research has analyzed the peasant household information need characteristic with theoretical and empirical analyses in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, based on the peasant household questionnaire survey and the literature material. Using the Logisti model has promulgated basic quantity relation between correlation factors in the user demand. At the same time, the government and the non-government information of supply-system has been carried on the thorough analysis by talking based on the government, reference material, unified the quota and the qualitative method and so on. All investigation data has been processed with software of Eviews.
