Research On "Double Creation" Information Service In Anhui Province Rural Areas

Prime minister li in 2014 "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation"(hereinafter referred to as the "double gen"),and in July 12,2017,and put forward the deepening the reform of double gen,further implement the strategy of innovation driven development,push the "double gen" to a wider,higher and deeper level.The practice of "double innovation" in rural areas is in the ascendant.It has become an important growth point in China's economy and a breakthrough to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The current rural "double innovation" is now in full swing.There are many types of "dual innovation" construction in rural areas.There are many ways to start a business,but information will be used in any way,and information service can provide an important support for it.It can solve many problems in the development of modern agriculture,the shortage of resources in the construction of new countryside,the shortage of technology and the unmarketable products.For example,in rural entrepreneurship,there is an asymmetry between demand and supply.In many cases,demand cannot find a suitable supply,and supply services are not well targeted.At this time,effective information service has a very big role.In recent years,the rural areas of Anhui province are changing,and great progress has been made in the development of agriculture.And the biggest change is rural entrepreneurship.In the past,rural entrepreneurship may have been a traditional project for local farmers,such as raising fish ponds and planting trees.However,driven by the policy of "double innovation",many new entrepreneurial modes have emerged.However,these entrepreneurial models can not change without the support of information services.In the new rural entrepreneurial stage,the rural "double gen"what changes have taken place in the demand for information,how information service efficiency,how effective information transfer between rural entrepreneurship these problems are worth to study,is worth to solve.Based on the analysis of user information service demand,this paper studies the related problems of rural entrepreneurship information service in anhui province.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation,characteristics and trend of rural"double innovation" information service from three aspects of demand,supply and service mode.Collect data,analyze data,find out problems and propose effective solutions by means of investigation and interview.Finally,Suggestions:strengthen the government's propaganda leading,planning rural entrepreneurship information service construction.Different entrepreneurs have different information service needs,which requires corresponding planning.It's for everyone.The government and its information agencies should give full play to their guiding role and control ability when formulating some important program plans involving multiple sectors and fields.We will improve the quantity and quality of information services for rural entrepreneurship.Rural business information service to deal with the problem of rural entrepreneurship information demand and strengthen entrepreneur in the process of information acquisition,utilization ability,should be strict with the quality of information,and improve the quantity.Finally,we should strengthen the construction of the talent team.
