On the other hand, the main reason is that there are not so muchrural information products for the enterprises to use.Generally, the application of information technology in rural commodity circulationenterprises develops or evolutes from the city pattern.They have not fully supported and solved the problems, such as the large rural area, theapplication environment, the management mode of the circulation enterprises, the low culturalquality of the using person and the low market competitiveness.Especially for the terminal goods consumer-farmers, the significance of the development ofthe enterprises is not obvious because it did not provide effective means of stimulatingconsumption.This article is in view of the characteristics in the current rural commodity circulation field,from the analysis of the existing distribution model of the key problems, and put forward theparticipants in the rural commodity circulation as the main body, in order to solve the mainproblems of the existing circulation of commodities with the whole network solutions, anddesign the structure of the network organization and the organizational structure of the system.The author analyses the main problems of the rural circulation field firstly, puts forward theconstructive pattern of network category, introduces the main divertive body in the ruralcommodity circulation.The government departments and the operating companies, such asfarmers,will come in. We have formed a "industrial goods into the country, the agriculturalproducts into the city" two-way ideas of the circulative network construction;Secondly, according to the characteristics and requirements of the vast rural area, scattered farmer’s shop and the scale of use, this article designs the overall structure of the network, givesthe specific equipment index and puts forward the network data storage, transmission and thesystem security plan.Finally, according to the demand of each groups of the Internet, this article designs theoperation mode of software system, and realizes five layers of the system. So it constructs a "canuse, will use, practical" network platform used in rural circulation field.
