Coal Preparation Plant of Feng Huang Shan Coal Mine of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group put into production in the 80 s, now the mine is in the late stage.The design production capacity is 4 million tons/year before, due to the underground resource depletion, after resources integration, now the coal production capacity is 2.5 million tons/year. This coal preparation plant uses coal jigging process to wash, it is integrated coal washery of the mine type, this paper took the coal slime water treatment control system as the research object.Due to the factory was built in the 80 s is old, aimed at the backward control methods, the versatile structure of coal resources, the waste of resources, unreasonable materials use and so on, we set up a research group, conducted the test for multiple production of internal coal preparation plant. After discussion on upgrade plan, we want to through the software application of Siemens S7 series PLC and Beijing Force Control V7.0, and some intelligent sensors such as concentration meter, flow meter and ultrasonic level meter to complete the coal slime water treatment control system.Based on Force Control V7.0 design of upper unit state software,the system uses two sets of S7-1200 PLC as bottom flow controller, two sets of S7-200 PLC as thickener dosing controller, and through the Ethernet to establish communication connections each other; it has some advantages such as strong flexibility, convenience of the maintenance, strong anti-interference ability and so on, it can reduce the post of operation personnel, the operating costs and improve the production efficiency effectively.In the process of upgrade, we made full use of many advanced sensor technology, in allusion to the harsh environment of the internal coal preparation plant, we did a serious consideration for the sensor which we use, and conducted a contrast about the dust, noise,vibration and other aspects of governance in current domestic most of the coal preparation plant. For the solution can be promoted in the same type of the coal preparation plant,we did multipartite serious consideration for the equipment selection, and repeated experiment. High performance only has the support of profound consideration and reliable test can it achieve the purpose of raising the level of automation.In the aspect of software programming, in addition to the common process logic control in the industrial control, we conducted more discussion and study on the field device communications.Especially in this transformation, Siemens S7-1200 series PLC provided multiple communication interface for users, it supported multiple communication methods,different equipment type selection was bound to cause the different methods of communication. In the face of complex system requirements, how to establish a reliable communication, how to use the communication method which is most convenient and can adapt to the scene, become the difficulty of the system.In this software application, the PLC programming software is Siemens V12, the programming method is LAD which is widely used in the field of domestic industry, this paper conducted the program edition for the scene logic control mode in turn.
