Improving the efficiency of coal washing has become the focus in coal research work because of its great significance in coal rational classification and quality assurance. At present, most coal quality information processing is still in state of semi-manual, which easily leads to mistakes and features with low efficiency. In order to better satisfy the production management requirement, it is meaningful and valuable to develop a specialized coal quality management information system for coal production process.In the thesis, the relevant technologies of the modern management information system are analyzed based on the necessity and essentiality of coal quality management system in the coal industry. According to those technologies and the specific business procedures of the coal preparation plant, the coal quality management system framework based on B/S structure is proposed which adopts Freemarker+Webwork+Spring+Ibatis frame. Using MyEclipse as foreground development tool and Oracle 9i as the background database, a set of coal quality management system for coal preparation plant which integrates the preparation of raw material, production management and commercial coal sales is developed. In this system, the data asynchronous transmission, generation of user-defined report and the automatic drawing of washability curve are realized.As the measure of raw coal washability, coal washability curve plays an important position in the coal preparation plant process. In this thesis, the traditional method of drawing washability curve was improved: the curve control points algorithm is used to insert points and the QuadraticBezier command in SVG is called to plot washability curve. This curve is not only smooth, but also meets the requirement of coal preparation plant after the test of practice.The system has entered the stage of trial operation at present. The result indicates that the coal quality management information system has stable operation, high treatment efficiency, good flexibility and scalability. The core technologies and system framework of this thesis have some advantages and extensive application prospects in design and development of lightweight web information system.
