Its well to known, electric power is important basic industry, and it is important and advanced industry in development strategy of national economy. Now, electric power industry of China grows rapidly, thermal plant account for 70 percent national power plant .Because water plays an important role of transferring the energy cooling medium in the process of generating energy ,water treatment is very important. The problem of how to supervise and automatics control the water treatment process effectively and thus enhance its economic and social benefit has become important and urgent subject to resolve for thermal plants.The paper introduces the design of automatic control system and computer supervisory system by means of industry control configure software in water treatment of thermal plant, based on the building of water treatment in Zaozhuang Zhongneng power plant. Then it presents the control scheme. The core of control system of water treatment is a programmable logic controller (PLC) .On the basis of a detail introduction for modules of S7-300, this paper analyzed control requirements of every technical process , listed input and output signals , required to complete all control tasks . The paper introduces the circumference and features of S7-300's program. It presents the structure of software and control flow.The Win CC software is used to draw supervisory pictures. The supervisory pictures include system pictures,accessorial pictures ,and so on. And thus not only the labor intensity and numbers of running personal are reduced remarkably, but also a safe and reliable operation of the boiler system is guaranteed.Based on Reverse Osmosis design request and analysis of pressure model of pump exports it has established the simple mathematical model through the frequency changer PID function it simulates the design model with Simulink in MATLAB, deepened to the PID parameter understanding.
