Study On The Equipment Management System In Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant Machine Software

Equipment check system, a set of equipment management system with inspection at the core, originated in Japan. The key parameters of the equipment need to be monitored and recorded, also compared with the preset criteria, so as to achieve the preventive maintenance of equipment. The basic starting point of equipment inspection system is the maximization of economic benefit, equipment inspection system is a kind of repair method combined with production, using different repair methods to make equipment be targeted repair, according to the status, function and value of the equipment in the production.With the development of computer network technology, the function of computer software is more and more powerful, and can automatically complete the data recording, storage, statistics, query, search and so on, it plays more and more important role in the enterprise management.To aim at the existing control system in Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant, meeting the needs of working equipment management at the same time, a set of host computer management software has been designed to serve the equipment check system. First of all, functional requirements of the software must be analyzed, this process requires to understand the client’s purpose, business content and flow path of customers etc. Then the design of software system begins, the software design is divided into three main steps:database design, configuration software IFix communication with the database, developing management software. Database design in accordance with the general process:demand analysis, conceptual design, structure design, and finally implementation. Communication between Ifix configuration software and database is fixed, accordance with the process step by step on it. Management software is the most important step in the process, whose workload is the largest, the quality of management software is an important guarantee for normal operation procedures, and also plays an crucial role in the management. Firstly it should meet the requirements of processing data for equipment check system, such as the management of operationaltime and parameters monitoring; secondly satisfy the operational requirements for field staff; simultaneously requires operation easily, utilization flexibly, multiple function and convenient for post-upgrade, and maintenance.
