The Design And Implementation Of Water Treatment Control System

This paper systematically summarizes the characteristic of water treatment control system and the problem the current water treatment system exists according to the control requirements for water treatment plant. As well as, this paper provides the design and implementation of the water treatment control system based on the analysis of the water treatment situation.In this paper, an enterprise sewage purification plant as the research object, controlling system design and implementation, proposing the overall scheme of the water treatment plant control system, using advanced control technology PAC System+PC to design concrete structures and methods. To design the program for water treatment control subsystem including the MBR control system, RO control systems, equipment management systems, and industrial TV system, completing the selection of the necessary equipment for water treatment control system. This paper also detailed introduces the upper machine, lower machine and the hardware implementation.Besides, focuses on the designing of MBR and RO system, introducing the equipment management system for water treatment; In order to improve the reliability and security of the system, focuses on the impact of electromagnetic interference for on-site equipment, electromagnetic compatibility for this control system has been analyzed and designed. Analysis of the interference problem under water treatment system and its anti-jamming solutions, being able to mitigate the interference effectively, and to provide a guarantee for the stable operation of the programmable.After this control system is used in the water treatment plant, the good running situation proves that the design is successful and this system could reduce the energy consumption and achieve the social and environmental benefits.
