Coal occupies a very important position in China's energy system, and coal cleaning is an effective technology to improve coal qualities. In order to improve the production efficiency of coal preparation plant, this paper presents a quality control system of coal preparation plant based on Spring.Using object-oriented software analysis, design and testing technology to roundly discuss the whole system design and implementation process from some aspects like requirement analysis, system and database design, software testing, and so on, at the same time, programming technique of application development based on Spring was introducd in detail. System architecture employs popular open-source lightweight J2EE technical, presentation layer using Struts framework, business layer using Spring framework, and persistence layer using Hibernate framework. This architecture design allows each module layer changes as little as possible on the impact of other modules, improve system extendability and maintainability.By virtue of the advantages of Spring, Struts and Hibernate framework for the system development to design and implementate the coal preparation plant quality control system. The system can input production process data and analysis those data rapidly, provide production quality control advise by observe quality-control-chart and histogram. Product problem can be found by comprehensive graphical comparison based on production data and improve it. Another function the system provided is early warning of quality. Upon completion of system development, a fully test has been completed to verify system functions, the result shows that the system user-friendly, simplify works and accurate.
