In order to further standardize the subsidiary fees management for residential area, in this paper, by means of the system design and process reengineering, with the concept of project management, cost control as the core, plug up loopholes in management, the innovative construction of the "seven library integration" model of new residential district shall control system, and implement necessary projects and the standard operating, material price, the similar project cost comparison library, contract management, Treasury management, risk prevention and control the Shared library management process, implement all departments and personnel to collaborate in real-time information sharing, at the level of implementation and marketing data link of application system, improve supporting fees project management level.Through the construction of the "seven library integration" model supporting fees control system of new residential district, can break the independent information between project management situation of circulation achieve all necessary engineering management information transparency.1. In the process of the project to carry out effective supervision and control, eliminate blind spots for the existence of multiple management, realize the whole process of seamless electronic supervision.
