Realization Of Collaborative Office System In Colleges And Universities Based On Workflow

There is an increasing number of people realizing the importance of the combination of paperless office and automated office. Office automation system has been applied to various aspects and has helped to save lots of working hours, which greatly increase the working efficiency. Moreover, the proposing of the term of Computer Supported Cooperative Work will bring the concept of cooperative work to the office automation system. Therefore, traditional simple data management resource sharing type of office automation system has changed to cooperative office system. Besides, office business will not be limited by certain time and space anymore because of the informatization of government institutions at different levels and the development of network construction, which is also another advantage of the cooperative work. Thus, working efficiency can be greatly increased.The thesis is based on workflow technology as a foundation for the realization of cooperative office. Utilizing Tianjin Polytechnic University Cooperative Office System, especially Tianjin Polytechnic University Personnel System integration and process as background. By introducing collaborative business component platform and studying the workflow based on the theory, deep analysis and research will be conducted in the need of the cooperative office and document processing business. Meanwhile, using workflow model to design and realize the workflow engine. Besides, analyzing the cooperative office privilege management, and to design the network structure of the system, functional structure, systematic architecture, and related interfaces. Through the B/S three layer system structure, Tianjin Polytechnic Cooperative Office System based on workflow can be finally realized.
