The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System For Yunnan Tobacco Redrying Company

With the development of information technology, people has been paid more and more attention to office automation technology, the government departments and enterprises have gradually achieved internal office automation, typically office automation system mainly used to draft a lot document, to receive and to file document and document treatment work etc. At the same time,it can also be used to data collection, storage, processing and analysis, for providing support to make scientific decisions..The dissertation introduced the origin background and significance of the subject firstly, studied development of technology and current research status about the office automation system, then analysis business workflow and work characteristics of Yunnan tobacco redrying company, summed up the software functional requirements,then design and realize system in accordance with the method of software engineering,and discusses the specific methods involved in the process and points to note of design and implementation. At last, according to the design requirements to test system, made a preliminary validation of the system function and the quality of realization.System mainly used B/S architecture and MVC framework, used ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005 database technology. From the user’s point of view, this topic conducted a comprehensive analysis about function of the Yunnan tobacco redrying company’s office automation system. The main module of the system achieved is a systematic login module, internal mail management module, collaborative task management module, document management module and permissions management module five modules. Due to limited space, this dissertation will focus on system analysis, system design and module detailed design and other aspects make the description, and from the development background of the system, the system function,design ideas and process and other aspects of the the important functions of five modules, discuss these important features: mail Drafts, sent Items, Inbox, initiate tasks, handling tasks, task statistics, receipt management, dispatch management,functional authority roles, data authority roles and user management.
