Design And Implementation Of The Collaborative Office System In Universities

With the development of education in our country, the college structure of network,information and digit is formed. More and more universities have established theinformation systems based on campus network. Although Office Automation System(OA)has applied to the colleges, but an early OA system does not achieve the goal of officeautomation. The early OA may result in inefficiency of work. Because of these limitationsof technology and equipment, the major function of early OA is to publish the information,rather than to coordinate the arrangement of various departments. Along with thetechnology’s development, OA system is also in unceasing renewal. From early C/Sconstructor to the present B/S constructor, from Jbpm to Activiti, these changes bring morevitality into OA system.With Shenyang sports university cooperative office platform as a background, thepurpose of this research is to explore the design ideas and development methods about acollaborative office system for university, and make full use of computer and networktechnology to allows enterprise information resources sharing, so that it can get the resultthat daily work is more safe and reliable, standardized, highly efficient and scientific. Thispaper is based on its current situation of information, then collates the businessrequirements according to the actual conditions of Shenyang sports university. Throughanalyzing the requirements of Shenyang sports university cooperative office platform, thispaper propose a three-tier architecture that contains data layer, application layer andbusiness functions layer. This paper analyzed the applicable process of the architecture andresearched process definition of Activiti, work flow, the calls between work flow anddatabase and the interaction between work flow and business layer. Then each businessmodel in the system is designed in detail. Finally with dispatch ma nagement model, forexample, this paper introduces the implementation and test for the system.Three-tier architecture design pattern is used in the system, so that the system canmanage system services, applications and business respectively. This design pattern allows users to develop and deploy related modules without the considerations of couplingproblem, so the system can expanded easily for advanced application. System providesmultiple functions such as the college information release, personal office, department,office, knowledge management and workflow management. And OA integrates the schoolresources, and implements the collaborative office in university, and accelerates the flowof information, and standardizes the work process, and improves the efficiency of thevarious departments, and brings greatly convenient for schools.
