The Design And Application Of Office System Based On Workflow

With the popularization of the Internet and the development of Global Information Processing, the achievements of the Internet technology together with its application and relevant technologies have exerted profound influence to every aspect of our work and daily life. Accommodating to this background, more and more emphasis has been put on the challenge of how to improve office efficiency and management skills with the rational utilization of the current resources and technology to build a compound office environment.Workflow technology is the core of Office Automation System and the key to its success. The article firstly researches on the relative technology, development of workflow and Office Automation System. The article then makes detailed analysis on the system requirements. After that, workflow system is designed referring to the reference mode of workflow management system raised by the League of Workflow Management. The complete system consists of the aspects such as workflow modeling, flow defining, document conversing and flow management. The article, in the end, realizes and tests the designed system in the aspects of the function of Office Automation System and the Workflow mode etc.; and applies the system into OA system.The article makes a special effort to discuss the workflow model technology when the workflow system is wholly realized. The author put forward an assumption of lightweight workflow model based on pitch point and transference, which results from the research on existing workflow model technology such as Petri, etc. and is correspond to reality. This plan is special for the characteristics of frequent changes in managing process and business logic. It has a simple principle; and it is easy to understand and operate. After applying and testing in the office system, the plan can really effectively solve the model problem happened in workflow system.
