Design And Implementation Of Office Automation Management System For University

With the rapid development of information technology, information transformation began to occur in various industries, especially in the major colleges and universities. In this case, the office automation system has been applied in the management of the University's office gradually. A college of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region mainly uses the office software to conduct the daily office work,Using the traditional methods for document approval that need the signature confirmation of the department manager, and some notice file still adopt a manual transmission. Based on the above reasons, it is necessary to develop a office automation management system for a college in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Combined with the actual situation of the teaching and administrative staff of users number of the college of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and some other facts. We design a college office automation management system based on SSH framework, using JBPM workflow framework and use Oracle Database.The office automation management system in Colleges and universities developed in this paper is mainly divided into 6 modules: management announcement,instant messaging management, message management, attendance management,circulation management, business registration management and customized desktop function, The above functions are classified under the unified management of personal office module; daily management includes adding schedules, personal schedules, and departmental schedules; approval process management, application template management, the drafting of the application function, pending my approval function and my application query function module constitute the approval of the transfer of management module; forum and module forum management constitute the forum module; financial management module of invoice management, invoice management, revenue management and expenditure management module constitute the financial management module; position management, department management and user management constitute the system management module.The office automation management system designed in this paper can run well and meet the needs of the daily office automation of a certain university in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region.
