With the development of information technology, improvement of enterprise information, information system is more important in enterprise management.The information system can effectively improve the management efficiency of enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The enterprise human resources management is not only the enterprise management focus,but also a difficulty.The employee’s work attitude,creativity and sense of belonging is essential for the development of enterprises,employee performance is not only related to the benefit of enterprises,but also related to the employee’s development and income.At present,China has to a certain extent to use of the information system of international advanced performance appraisal management,but its management system mostly only pay attention to the results of performance appraisal,performance appraisal system itself does not attach importance to incentive employees. At the same time as the performance appraisal system in foreign countries do not fully meet the actual needs in China, according to the actual situation of domestic enterprises to formulate the corresponding evaluation index and index weight to effectively manage and motivate employees of enterprises.In this paper,based on the sufficient market research,combined with the actual needs of domestic enterprises,design a universal performance appraisal system,the appraisal index and weight can be set free,by system administrators,department heads and staff of three rights of the system are described in detail.This system adopts the system architecture of B/S,Meet the access platforms interviewed,employees can access independent whenever and wherever possible the system.The development of language is JSP,database using SQL server database,using the system development process of formal,starting from the needs analysis,overall design,detailed design and the system test steps to complete the development of the whole system.The system designed in this paper has good universality and practicality,has the Reference for the research in the future...
