Design And Implementation Of The System Of Employee Performance Evaluation Under B/S Architecture

With the development of information technology, improvement of enterprise information, information system is more important in enterprise management.The information system can effectively improve the management efficiency of enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The enterprise human resources management is not only the enterprise management focus,but also a difficulty.The employee’s work attitude,creativity and sense of belonging is essential for the development of enterprises,employee performance is not only related to the benefit of enterprises,but also related to the employee’s development and income.At present,China has to a certain extent to use of the information system of international advanced performance appraisal management,but its management system mostly only pay attention to the results of performance appraisal,performance appraisal system itself does not attach importance to incentive employees.
