At present,the performance appraisal management of university teachers mainly adopts the traditional manual management mode,which has man y problems,such as human feelings,inequity and so on.In order to improve the level of performance assessment and management,improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of the staff,reduce the cost of the performance management of the school,establish a comprehensive,objective and fair performance appraisal management system,and improve the transparency of the school performance management.Therefore,a set of teachers suitable for the use of the school is developed.The performance appraisal management system has become a problem for university administrators.With the development of computer technology and network technology,it is a reality to develop a set of performance appraisal management system suitable for universities.Through the application of performance appraisal management system,on the one hand,colleges and universities can realize the teachers' performance in time to understand the performance of their own work.On the other hand,it can effectively reduce the workload of the performance appraisal managers of colleges and universities.Finally,the performance management work of colleges and universities will move towards information,science and standardization,and promote higher education.It provides a solid foundation for the rapid development of various schools.In view of the actual situation of the present university,the design pattern of the performance appraisal management system adopts the B/S structure,the system development language uses C#.net,and the backstage database uses SQL Server 2016.The main functional modules of the system include performance appraisal plan management,evaluation management,examination results query and analysis,data maintenance and so on.The system realizes the unified user management,authentication and single sign on,which is based on the security strategy,and solves the problem of repeated login in the multiple systems of the campus.The scientific and innovative design of the assessment scheme and the evaluation index are scientifically quantified according to the actual situation of the school;the system design adopts the network based on the B/S structure.The security architecture of the collaterals.The test of the system shows that the system runs correctly,meets the expected goals and requirements of the project design,and can meet the assessment requirements for the staff and staff,and the school is able to implement the information processing work of performance appraisal better with the aid of the assessment platform.
