Combined with the needs of us, we set the following key functions in this system:the basic management of configuration, application and approval of project approval, maintenance and approval of project milestones, monthly project submission and approval, application and approval of project delay, application and approval of project closing, project information query and report export and so on. By the above functions, we can make the general manager, manager of execution, project manager, quality checker and other related people to understand the implementation of the project in time and get accurate data support for the project and resource allocation. At the same time, it also provides a convenient way for the project managers.By the metadata based idea, we design and implement this system, so it gives more flexibility to the management of different types of project. On technical level, the system adopts B/S model that is widely used, and back end uses a GRBAC framework of Shandong Hi-speed Co. Ltd based on SpringMVC,and J2EE as development language. At the front end, the system uses the ExtJS rich client technology framework. The system is designed into " Fresh Front end" and "stable background", which gives a better experience for customers and better support for mobile devices,under condition of the stability of the back end."Shandong Hi-speed project management system" combines of metadata, ExtJS, GRBAC and other new or old ideas in technical level. Also on the basis of stability,it explores, integrates and tries new technology; on the functional level, customized development of our own business meets the more needs of the company’s daily project management. As an important part of Shandong Hi-speed digital information platform, this system can meet the requirements of the company in the construction of digital information.
