The Research And Implementation Of Knowledge-type Project Management System Based On Workflow

The project management technology is a kind of plan management technology grew on later stage of the fifties of the 20th century, and its essential characteristic lies in making use of scientific plans and management to reach the set objective of the project, to improve the quality of the finished project, to reduce the risk and cost during the period that the project operates, and to accelerate the progress of the project. Project Management System is a kind of computer software system that support project management, which can reduce the work stress of project management and can improve the effectivity of project management. Knowledge-type enterprise is the main enterprise form in this era of knowledge-driven economy , its survival and development depends on project cooperation , project management and knowledge innovation, so traditional project management technology and software system are difficult to meet the demands, the project management of knowledge-type enterprises needs support of the new project management software system.This paper regards the main technology and methods involved in the implementation of the knowledge-type project management system based on workflow technology as the research object, makes comparatively deep scientific researches on 4 aspects such as the construction and mapping into relational database of project management model, project operation control technology, and project knowledge management supporting technology.At first, this paper summarizes project mamagement system,then introduces the background , actuality and shortage of the topic research,and then it clearly puts forward its research thought, its research goal, and its main research contents..In modeling of the project management, through discussion this paper brings forward the work breakdown structure model of project, the mapping method of project WBS into workflow model, project workflow model, project organization model, project resource model, project knowledge model ,and so on . In the aspect of mapping of project management model into relational database, this paper focuses on designing the mapping model of project processmodel and project organization structure model into relational database, and on this basis this paper designs a model information management tool. In the aspect of project workflow operation control technology, this paper detailedly discuses person assigning tactics, presents corresponding implementation scheme, and realizes logic dispatch tactics of workflow engine especially. In the aspect of project knowledge management support technology, by supporting knowledge acquisition, knowledge transformation, knowledge utility, knowledge interchange, knowledge innovation and knowledge estimation, in a way this paper in the aspect of system implementation realizes the integration of knowledge in project management.On the basis of fully discussing development technology of the knowledge-type project management system based on workflow technology,this paper introduces the structure system and the critical technology it uses, and validates the feasibility of technology and validity of workflow platform implementation.Finally, this paper summarizes the research and development of the knowledge-type project management system based on workflow technology.
