Research On Enhance The Core Competitiveness Of Hebei Traditional Media Strategy Under The Background Of The Media Convergence

Core competitiveness of enterprises is the organic integration of various skills and mechanisms; the combination of different skill systems, manage systems and skills. It is the joint force of competitive abilities and competitive advantages. The competitiveness at core place and may influence overall situation. In severe competitive environment, to improve core competitiveness is the survival method to fulfill enterprise’s sustainable development.From the respect of national policies, development situation of international and domestic new media, current development and development trend of media convergence, this thesis combined the theories of core competitiveness and restructuring and development of Hebei traditional media.
