With the development of the internet and the emergence of new media,TV media competition increasingly fierce.Traditional media,on the one hand by the same industry competitors' extrusion,on the other hand under pressure of media convergence.JS radio and television media industry as a major force in the development of the new media era,faced with pressure ratings and advertising revenue decline,how we can improve their core competitiveness in the fierce competition is an urgent need to address the problem.Based on the theory of core competence and core competence of media theory,adhere to the "content is king"strategy,to enhance its core competitiveness policy for JS broadcasting provides a theoretical guidance.In this paper,JS Broadcasting Group for the study,from the perspective of the media core competencies discussed in the new media age to enhance the core competitiveness of the ways and methods.By JS Broadcasting Group facing internal environment found,there are some advantages in human resources,channel resources,capital operation and advocacy to promote,enhance their core competitiveness of its foundation.JS broadcasting from the external environment,the entire television media is facing the loss of high-quality resources,content,homogeneity and so on.The increasingly fierce competition in the industry,more competition and innovation efforts,competition for the young customer base and so on.At the same time from the channel positioning,content and audience targeting operation were analyzed competitive status.The analysis shows that there is still a gap between JS broadcasting and competitors.According to put forward a "content is king" as a strategic basis,while establishing a sound mechanism and talent that form an integrated media ecosystem.We hope that these observations can provide reference and reflection for the development of radio and television JS Broadcasting Group.
