Research With China’s advertising market opening, foreign media in Chinagradually Corps camp, and further erode the Chinese market. After entering the newcentury, China ’s media industry to adjust positioning, expand ideas, to respond tothe challenges of the new century, this study analyzed the media company ’s corecompetitiveness connotation, composition and development. In this paper,Changchun Light Culture Media Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as light media) forthe study, analysis of competition in the advertising industry, Enlight ’scompetitiveness in the advertising industry there is a gap, and thus the developmentof the competitiveness of the company’s own media is particularly important in theestablishment of core competencies and effectively with the formation of theenterprise system, an effective combination of culture, training and marketingimprovements to enhance the relationship and in the organization to achievemaximum effect of diffusion and sharing, you can achieve the core competitivenessof enterprises maximization. And in the organization of the process of knowledgetransfer and institutional innovation embodied in advertising the company’s corecompetitive advantage in order to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.Thesis is divided into five sections are discussed:The first chapter introduces the research background, significance and mainresearch methods and content.Chapter II Lantian Media Ltd. Changchun core competitiveness analyzed thecurrent situation, the first media company in Changchun Lantian overview of thedevelopment are described, and then the situation from the product line,technological innovation, the enterprise culture construction and management systems and organizational architecture and other aspects of the company’s corecompetitiveness development status was evaluated on the basis of the above and thenfound the company to enhance the core competitiveness of the problems, theseproblems are mainly embodied in organizations, distribution channels, research anddevelopment capabilities and enterprise resource etc., and finally found for theproblems of the company to enhance the core competitiveness in the cause of theproblem.Chapter Lantian Media Ltd.
