Socialist “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” building in China has beengradually implemented. In the process to build “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”,development and construction of rural commercial banks constituted an important link.As the global financial crisis still persists, rural commercial banks are still under itsinfluence and suffer increasingly great risks. According to some surveys, ruralcommercial banks still face many problems in their risk management, mainly reflectedby the credit risk, the risk of capital adequacy, too high profitability risks, weak riskawareness and the incomplete risk control system. With the development of ruralbanking business and advancement of science and technology, people have gained anincreasingly deep understanding of customer risk of bank credit. As a result, theimportance of risk management has been gradually revealed. However, as riskanalyses involve complex operations of large amounts of data, it is impossible forcredit staff in banks to complete such heavy work by manpower. In order to satisfyneeds for customer risk management and improve the level of credit business work,some scholars have begun to make research on the customer risk managementinformation system.In this paper, a comprehensive introduction is made to the definition, contentsand functions of the customer risk management information system of commercialbanks, through a comprehensive study of its risk management and credit management.On the basis, the feasibility and importance of the customer risk managementinformation system are analyzed and evaluated based on structural analysis and datamodules. Based on WEB, a distinct gradation is made for performance logic, datapersistence applications and business logic. On the basis of the data analysis andfurther development of data, an assessment of the data development direction is made.Moreover, a comprehensive use of data technologies including credit operations,historical data and generation of various statistical reports is realized. Economicinterests and system functions are examined and measured. On this basis, actualapplication effects of the system are analyzed and evaluated. In addition, relevantexperience is summarized.As customer risk management of rural commercial banks has been realized, thefinancial management of bank loans has been changed into the customer-centered information management, thus achieving information sharing. It is of greatsignificance to improve the quality of loans, realize the intensive operation andscientific management of credit operations, improve the customer risk managementlevel of banks.
