In recent years,China's financial market can be described as earth shaking,which greatly increased the degree of competition in the financial markets of the participating parties.This form of domestic banks must service,a gradual shift in customer centered service mode.As a customer centered management strategy,customer management system aims to build customer,to maximize enterprise value play,promote the formation of core competitiveness of banks.In recent years,the rural commercial bank has accumulated a large number of customer data,the current lack of a comprehensive information system for data analysis,mining its potential value.Through the in-depth excavation of these resources,the establishment of a stable information system for rural commercial banks to create more profitable and services.Drawing on the fact that the homogenization of the bank financial products is more serious and software and hardware can not can make statistics and Research is as follows: Based on the statistics of the banking business be no value of the data will be cleared;cleaning and conversion,and then use the technology to analyze and forecast the data,so as to effectively predict and control the various risks encountered in rural commercial bank management.Through increasing customer groups to enhance their economic benefits.Finally,various risks encountered in rural commercial bank management will be predicted and controlled,and economic efficiency will be improved by increasing customer base.
