China’s rural TV programs both in the number of channels, or ratings levels are at a disadvantage in TV, and even some provinces and cities in the TV channels not programs on agricultural alone. Driven by commercial interests, especially in the contemporary, the rapid development of all kinds of TV programs such as entertainment, sports, tourism and news direction, the competition of TV industry more competitive, the industry and professional characteristics, itself at a disadvantage to the agricultural television programs in the fierce competition to maintain their own development, become a must consider the problem of. From the television program development trend of each professional direction of view, enhance the competition ability of TV program management mainly includes the optimization and adjustment of two stages, the first stage is to talent showing itself in the agricultural TV program, and always reflect on the agricultural characteristics, the second stage is established in the programs of the competition, and realize the stable development. Therefore, the mode of operation should also learn from other programs on agricultural TV program, to achieve long-term development.In this paper, taking "experts face to face" column as an example, analysis and Research on China’s agricultural program management problems.
