Research On The Development Strategy Of Agricultural Science And Education TV Programs In Shandong Province

Central No.1 file has been continues focus on Agriculture for 14 years,As a major agricultural province,Shandong Province' agricultural development has been the forefront in china.Agricultural science and education TV program is a direct and effective way to promote agricultural technology and improve farmers' scientific literacy,and it is loved by the farmers.In recent years,with the national attention to the agricultural policy,agricultural science and education television programs in Shandong province have developed rapidly and achieved great success,which has played a good role in promoting the production and life of the vast number of farmers and the improvement of scientific literacy.However,there are still many problems in the creation and dissemination of agricultural science and education programs in Shandong Province.Obviously,it has not been able to meet the current needs,so we need to explore it more deeply.In this paper,the research on agricultural science and education TV programs in Shandong province and it has a strong theoretical value and practical guiding significance to the development of agricultural science and education television programs.This paper utilizes a variety of research methods,such as questionnaire,interview,text analysis and the method of drawing and observing.We combed the current situation and problems of Shandong agricultural science and education TV programs based on the creation of group interview and audience survey questionnaire,and we combine with excellent domestic agricultural science TV program cases and integrate the practical experience of the author engaged in agricultural science and education TV programs.This paper mainly includes the following parts.In the first part,we define the related concepts and explain the theoretical basis of this paper.In the second part,we investigate and analyze the creative groups,audience,media and communication effects of Shandong agricultural science and education TV programs based on questionnaire and interview.In the third part,we find that there are still some problems and shortcomings in the development process of Shandong agricultural science and education TV programs through investigation: First of all,in the teams,there is a shortage of the compound talents and the lack of enthusiasm of the employees;Secondly,in terms of the content,there are many problems,such as the lack of program resources,the single form of the program and the deviation of the program orientation;thirdly,in the terms of the transmission of the program,the urban and rural dualistic structure increased the huge digital gap and hindered the use of new media means of communication.The fourth part,we put forward the corresponding strategies for the problems existing in the development of agricultural science and education TV programs in Shandong Province: First of all,the government should strengthen the financial support for agricultural science and education TV programs and speed up the training of creative subjects;secondly,the producers should strive to improve the level of production of the program,innovative program forms,Clear the program positioning,enhance the fun of the program,and teach through lively activities.Finally,the government should strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure in order to reduce the digital divide,and make full use of the new media platform,strengthen the integration of traditional media and new media and enhance the effectiveness of the program.
