"Three Rural Issues" is the top priority of China’s development,and they play an important role in the development of the rural economy.There are some problems in development in Liaoning Radio and Television agricultural program.To make Liaoning Radio and Television agricultural program issues raise better solutions.In this paper, the questionnaire was used to get results of Kangping farmer audience for the survey carried out on radio and television.
