Science and technology is the first productive force,it's of great significance to develop science and technology capability of new professional farmers,meanwhile developing modern agriculture.The current agricultural science and technology service mainly includes the farmer training,agricultural technology and achievements,with the rapid development of information technology,all three of these service models in a variety of Internet platform have been widely used.But there are such problems: first,the online scattered agricultural science and technology resources were lack of integration and sharing;Second,the online resource production without considering the characteristics of farmers' fragmentation of time,lead to insufficient resource utilization,and the researching work is inadequate.Third,the existing resources of agricultural science and technology management platform doesn't involve the spacetime characteristics of agricultural production,there is no precision of agricultural science and technology resources and personalized recommendation.To solve above problems,this paper put out the following research.First,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing online agricultural science and technology service pattern,based on large data analysis,we design a kind of Internet + agricultural science and technology service cloud platform.The platform were made for three kinds of users: farmers,agricultural experts and administrators,implement three application modes: computer-B/S mode,the mobile-Web mode and WeChat public number mode.The platform consists of two parts,the front web and the back web.The front web main features include: public class,science and educational film,experts on-site,rural book-room,etc;Back web main functions include: data statistics and analysis,resource sharing and reuse,information search and recommendation,video compression and optimization and etc.Second,according to the characteristics of farmers' fragmentation of time in this paper,a method based on micro course of agricultural science and technology resources and flipped training methods was put forward.This method has two basic points:(1)the problem-oriented micro-class videos were released on the Internet platform;(2)the farmers learn the online course,in which agricultural experts participate in the recording process,and they organize the farmers to discuss and answer questions offline.Third,in view of the space-time characteristics of agricultural,we put forward a recommending model of agricultural resources space-time.The model was based on the farmers' region and the solar terms,when accessing platform,farmers are provided with more accurate,personalized resource recommendation service.The model accords with the practice of agricultural production,which is a breakthrough of existing recommendation method.Fourth,on the basis of the above three studies,the science and technology service cloud platform-JiNong online,were developed based on large data.The platform used spark big data architecture and mongo database,realized the resources quickness of access and the management of intelligence.
