Research On Appraisal Of College Library’s Knowledge Sharing System

With the continuous development of science and technology and computer networks, new technology has brought us challenges and opportunities to promote the transformation of the university library and library services upheaval. Library new technology environment, is undergoing tremendous changes unimaginable. Library Knowledge Sharing System as an important means to protect library knowledge sharing and transfer, and the establishment of a scientific, practical, workable knowledge sharing performance evaluation system, has some positive meaning.Based on the experience of learning theory on the basis of shared knowledge and abroad, through the university library knowledge sharing system performance evaluation and theoretical investigation of the relevant literature, summed up the performance evaluation of knowledge sharing 12 indicators. Then use brainstorming, invited experts met to discuss the library field, on the basis of revised indicators increased knowledge sharing and ultimately determine the library system of performance evaluation index 20 universities. The establishment of a hierarchy of knowledge sharing system framework library and then use the system clustering method, and build a library of knowledge sharing system performance evaluation factor model. Finally, a college as a case, will be introduced into the evaluation model, to verify the effectiveness evaluation model.The research results are:(1)identified 20 indicators of performance evaluation index system of knowledge sharing in University Library. According to the results of AHP calculations, we have come to affect the university system to build and develop knowledge sharing relatively large level indicators Several factors have knowledge sharing, organizational management, infrastructure and technical support. Secondary indicators are arranged according to the right major small college library knowledge sharing system to build and develop a relatively large degree have librarians and readers exchange, organization and management system, the knowledge-sharing environment, the degree of professional training of personnel, premises building, knowledge sharing channels, work communication skills, technical staff level between librarians. Therefore, in the library of knowledge sharing in the construction and development of colleges and universities, according to these factors, we can strengthen the investment of these factors, university library knowledge sharing to improve performance and results.(2)construct a three-dimensional evaluation system based on hardware resources, software resources and management resources. In this paper, system clustering method for all indicators of knowledge sharing system clustering, and then build the hardware resources, software resources and management resources triple assessment system.(3)build a library of knowledge sharing system performance evaluation model of college, and through the case to verify its effectiveness. After the construction and development of the university library, and provide an objective, scientific basis, reducing the waste of resources, improve the efficiency of the university library construction and development.This paper studies the major factors that constitute a library of knowledge sharing systems, and build a knowledge-sharing system performance evaluation system, the establishment of performance evaluation model and reference cases to verify the validity of the model.
