The Construction Of The Evaluation System For The Knowledge Service Of The Digital Library

Knowledge service is a service concept that provides users with knowledge.It is to meet the knowledge needs of today's users.As the knowledge environment changes,the knowledge technology becomes more advanced,and the knowledge tools become more and more intelligent.The traditional library environment Constantly changing,literature,information,knowledge,etc.have been continuously digitalized.In the current information environment,the important issues of academic and knowledge economic society research include array library knowledge services,which requires digital libraries to re-evaluate their core capabilities while facing market competition.The innovation of knowledge,the potential of sustainable development,the appreciation of knowledge value,and the solution of knowledge problems are the main aspects of knowledge service.Knowledge service evaluation has always played a central role in digital library knowledge service.Due to the continuous growth of digital library knowledge services,in order to improve the service quality and service capabilities of libraries,digital libraries must be evaluated.The evaluation of digital library knowledge service is a very complicated work.Different factors and different evaluation angles will produce different results,and the evaluation method used is also crucial.Different evaluation methods are to evaluate the level of knowledge service from different levels.Each method is difficult to be complete and complete.In this paper,while sorting out the research results of knowledge service evaluation at home and abroad,it classifies and reviews it.From the knowledge service process and the actual needs of users,the relevant mathematical models are used for data analysis to construct a digital library knowledge service evaluation system.This thesis consists of six chapters,expounds the research background and research significance of the article,summarizes and analyzes the relevant research status at home and abroad,and briefly describes the research methods and innovations of this paper.Finally,it combs the basic framework of the article;Introduced the relevant theories of digital library knowledge services,the meaning of knowledge services,library knowledge services,digital library knowledge services,digital library knowledge services,followed by the introduction of digital library knowledge service evaluation concepts and digital libraries The third chapter analyzes the main influencing factors of library knowledge service evaluation.It is divided into three major aspects,first,information resources,second,service method,then knowledge acquisition,and finally knowledge.In terms of organization,the following four aspects of the influencing factors are analyzed in detail,and the composition of each influencing factor is introduced.The fourth chapter mainly constructs the digital library knowledge service evaluation system,first discusses the significance and principles of the evaluation system construction.The second is the comparison of the three evaluation methods,which are the analytic hierarchy,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and artificial neural network evaluation method,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods,combined with the research object of this paper,select the analytic hierarchy process as the evaluation method,and then on the basis of the evaluation method,the indicators of each influencing factors Empowering and constructing a hierarchical model,constructing a comparison matrix,and finally analyzing the results;Chapter 3 is an empirical study of the digital library knowledge service evaluation system,first determining the sample and selecting the survey method,followed by designing the questionnaire,and then the questionnaire The sample of the survey was analyzed by data,and finally the recommendations were put forward for the results of the questionnaire analysis.
