Research Of Library Knowledge Management Environment System Construction

The knowledge management is like a seed,although is perfect,but does not have the suitable environment to provide nourishment and energy,it will not become the big tree finally.Environment is very important to the manage achievements and activity,suitable environment impetus management,otherwise becomes the resistance.Therefore,we need to build one good environment to suite the implementation of knowledge management.After analyzed the management experience of 11 libraries,summarized some factors affect the library knowledge management implementation,established the library knowledge management environment system model,proposed some specific measures,and used the AHP to work out the effect degree of these factors.This study has the following aspects:(1)Constructed the model of library knowledge management environment system. Summarized the measures when libraries implement knowledge management, proposed that the library knowledge management's implementation need the coordination and support of environment and constructed the model of library knowledge management environment system,which including internal environment system (library culture,human resources management and information technology),external environment system (user,theory deliberation,library alliance and macroscopic system)and incentive mechanism;Then studied and promulgated these factor's positive or negative function.(2)Proposed some specific measures to help the library to carry on the environment reconstruction and improvement.The library needs to carry on the construction separately from several aspects:foundating library culture, manageing human resources, using knowledge management technology,establishing incentive mechanism and adaptating external environment.(3)Uses the AHP to work out various factors.Looking from the evaluation result,the interior environment system is the biggest influence to the library knowledge management's implementation.The findings indicated that the construction of knowledge management environmental is the essential condition to the success of knowledge management. Many technologies and the equipment cannot guarantee the knowledge management success if separated from the environment.This article attempts to conform library knowledge management environment,studies the library knowledge management environment thoroughly, constructs the library knowledge management environment system model,is for the purpose of grasping the law of library knowledge management,promotes the research development of library knowledge management,and provides the reference and instruction for the library knowledge management practice.
