Research And Development On Monitoring System Of Cold Chain Logistics Based On ZigBee And GPRS

The quality of meat is related to human health, but the refrigerator condition is weak in cold chain logistics and meat spoilage is easy to happen due to temperature changing. Therefore, studing and realizing real-time monitoring in cold chain logistics is significant to ensure the quality of meat.This paper analyzed the development and key technologies of cold chain logistics, then it designed a kind of monitoring system based on Zig Bee and GPRS according to the requirements. This system applied Zig Bee, GPRS and embedded control technology to make real-time monitoring system of cold chain logistics come ture, and the system is important to maintain the freshness of chilled pork.On that basis, this paper built the hardware platform of monitoring system, the main task was to design hardware circuit of vehicle-mounted control unit, including GPRS module, Zig Bee module, embedded controller and related interface circuit. The hardware system provided running system for the whole monitoring system.Aimed at the functional requirements of monitoring system, this paper planned sofeware framework based on hardware platform. Besides, it realized the functions through developing application software of the system, including network transmission of GPRS, data acquisition of Zig Bee, database management and display of environmental data. Therefore, this system achieved the goal of real-time monitoring system of cold chain logistics. For the purpose of constructing control GUI by means of contiguration for users, this article developed the contiguration software, including picture contiguration, communication contiguration and database management.At last, this paper tested the functions of monitoring system integrating hardware resources and verified the correctness of environment data acquisition and display, remote transmission of GPRS and database management in monitoring center, the experiments indicated that monitored control system of cold chain logistics designed in this paper achieved the goals.
