With the development of science and technology progress and the development of enterprises,enterprises have move and move requirements for quality management of the employee.Performance appraisal approach become popular in all walks of life.an economic,efficient performance appraisal system is becoming more and more important in the enterprises information management.and this trend is gradually recognized by the industry.But there are problems of low work efficiency,complicated statistic in performance appraisal approach,Which affects the normal operation of the enterprises,resulting in increased production costs and other disadvantages. therefore,How to effectively and scientifically increase the quality of employee is becoming an important task witch every enterprises face.This system according to the company’s functional requirements,in the environment of Eclipse and Flash Builder4,using Flex technology and the Java programming language,Flex4,Spring and /hibernate constitute the framework of the whole system.Flex4 mainly achieves the display layer,Spring mainly realizes the control layer,Hibernate primarily actualizes the control layer of database,witch mainly use the http_Service and remoting connect to the backstage page.use Oracle database development,running on the Windows platform,using Tomcat server,deploying on the open internet environment.This system is divided to the following modules:the behavioral management of examination, users’ management, the management of reporting statement, system management. all the staff not only select the test questions randomly in this system,but they can take part in the unified examination.before the examination,the employee are able to join the self-test exercises,which help the employee to familiar with the environment in advance.after the completion of this system development,through the test of developers,and after the use in relevant departmental internal trial run,which has testified this system that has achieved the goal of the performance appraisal in electronic information.and this also bring enterprises the convenience in the performance management of employee,greatly reducing the workload of the performance appraisal management in enterprises and the staff in Human resources department.on the one hand, the technical skill of the staffs every enterprise improved,on the other hand,enterprises has known the circumstances about how the staffs mastered in businesses.it improves the work efficiency,meeting the demands of performance appraisal management.
