Design And Implementation Of A Democratic Evaluation System Based On FLEX And JAVA

In order to carry out the standard of excellent cadres in the new period and improve the situation of selecting and employing people,the research and application of the employment oriented democratic evaluation system is more and more animated.This paper takes the democratic evaluation system as a research topic,and focuses on the research of Flex technology,Java technology and face recognition technology integration etc.Under the premise of the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the construction of the democratic evaluation system and the full investigation of the actual situation of the enterprises and institutions,with the guidance of the personnel department,keeping faith with the basic principles of fairness and justice,and upholding the confidentiality of information,we demonstrate the technical architecture of the democratic evaluation system,the design concept and the key elements of encryption and face technology.Through the analysis of the democratic evaluation process,functions and system safety of enterprises and institutions,we completed the basic design of system architecture,application mode,main function modules and database,and put forward a detailed design scheme,set up the development environment,the actual coding,testing and optimization of the project.Finally,its operation provides a new image and new ideas for democratic evaluation work,and the formation of this article.There are some new ideas and new functions of the main design proposed in this paper.First,by adopting the Flex rich-internet technology,we have achieved excellent page design and interaction,improved user experience and at the same time compatible with inter system and cross browser,reducing development and deployment cost.By using the J2 EE background service architecture,the adaptability of the platform in the hardware and software environment has been greatly improved.Then,reviewed the democratic evaluation work of the institutions,we analyzed the scotomata in the evaluation work and avoided the emergence in the system.The process of democratic evaluation was refined and sublimated,which has formed the evaluation system and platform with local characteristics,according to laws and regulations,security and fairness.Third,justice and information security of the platform would be greatly improved.In support of the face recognition and data encryption technology,we improved the way of login,strengthened the data monitoring in the process of management and evaluation of login authority,for implementation of system security and fairness,to avoid artificial intervention and modification of data,impersonation,substitution,etc.
