In the traditional minority villages, with the settling of the television media, lots of changes from the outside world had silently happened in their life style and also in their mind. As a mass media of wide coverage and high popularity, television had been leading their life style and idea.In this paper, the Tibetan of Hei Majuan village is the object of the research. I used the theory of sociology and communication, collected data around the neighborhood, interviewed the local people, along with the household survey. The Hei Majuan is a developing village, the first television was appeared in the 1980 th. From the appearance of the TV to the high popularity, from the black and white set TV to the.Wireless TV satellite receiver, TV has become the most important thing in the Tibetan family.At the first part of the paper, the statistics of the age and sexuality, the education level and the TV show preference was described and the characteristics of the statistics was also presented. Based on the statistics, the preference and motivation of the television using of the villager was analyzed by the career category. After the interview with the local Tibetan, the influence of the television is really clear. Television not only faded the block of the outside world, but also made them more intimate with the modernized society. Television is just like a big window. First, it would bring the new crush of both video and audio to the villager and cause their curiosity. Then, it would show the development technology of the outside world to them. Along with the inheritance of the ethnic cultural, television also has and affect on the life style, ideology and education level of the Heimajuan Tibetan. which describes the background and significance of this study, the relevant literature is reviewed, proposed research methods used; geographic, economic conditions and cultural background of the second part describes the survey sites; the third part introduces the horse ring Kawamura villagers the use and popularity of the media; the fourth lap Kawamura villagers from the dark horse of age, and the age distribution of the information needs analysis television media use; the fifth part mainly through participant observation, interviews and many statistics, analysis of different interpretations horse ring Kawamura villagers in different occupations in the television media, and the presentation of the characteristics; sixth part from the cultural, ideological, educational and discuss four areas affected agricultural produce television media in village life; part VII is the conclusion, mainly on the overall situation of the study were reviewed and summarized.
