The Research Of The Project Of "Radio And Television Coverage To Every Village" In Jiangxi Province

Radio and Television coverage to every village is an important public welfare undertaking assumed by the national broadcasting system. Radio and television coverage is the No.1project of developing the new rural in the broad context of building a moderately prosperous society and a new socialist countryside, and also bears a special responsibility to meet the peasant's spiritual demanding.This article illustrates the importance and necessity of radio and television coverage at the beginning, and then points out some problems through the implementation, such as the imbalance of the urban and rural development, the difficulties of management system, lack of funds, as well as the disharmony between the status of team building and the requirements of radio and television development by analyzing the implementation of the project of "radio and television coverage to every village" in Jiangxi province. Finally, it addresses five proposals for the sustainable development of radio and television coverage project as followings. First, to have a fundamental understanding of the importance of radio and television public service system in rural areas. Secondly, to improve the management system. Thirdly, to include the construction projects in the financial guarantee mechanism. Fourthly, to establish and strengthen the rural radio and television managing team, and the last is to gain a greater support on developing radio and television business from the Government.
