| Towards (In) the process of social modernization, the problem of peasants has become a bottleneck to the development of economic and society. The peasants’ life have to be modernized before the social modernization. In short, the further development of the peasants’ cultural education will improve the rural area modernization and development. As a most widely used media, TV plays a very critical role in the cultural construction of rural area. Therefore, it is significantly meaningful to discuss the influence of TV media for the cultural construction of rural area in Guangxi minority district.The study of the two villages and some statistics show as follows:(1) TV media has been widely used, it has positive effects on the modernization of their living culture and political culture.(2) It also has some negative effects, such as it goes against the traditional culture by keeping the peasants in their own house instead of setting communication with each other. As one of the few media in rural area, TV provides the peasants the most information, leisure and entertainment they need. Their life rely on TV. TV media has muti-influences on cultural construction of Guangxi rural area.The cultural construction will affect TV meadia’s development too. For example, by enlarging the TV media market, the social environment has beening improved. Inversly the development of rural areas is becoming the motor power of TV media modernization. |
